The location is perfect- walking distance to shopping malls and there’s a lot of local eateries around.

During my second day, I requested for my room to be cleaned and the coffee amenities to be replenished. Unfortunately, when I returned, the room was still untouched and nothing was restocked. It was quite disappointing, especially after a long day. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The staff was polite and the room was clean. The hotel provides us with a fruit platter in the room upon check in.

Breakfast buffet - staff did not top up the food.

I'm repeated guest for this hotel. This is my worst stay in Aston.I'm used with smart tv in the room and this time there's no smart tv and given excuse of upgrading program and yet replaced with lower standard tv.The food was out of usual standard. Beef stew was hard and salty. Coffee diapencer breakdown and no coffee available. This time, it looks like half boiled egg was served with hard boils.Room air-conditioning was noisy, and toilet light flickering. Worst of all, I experience bad spirits or ghosts in my room after midnight. I hope this review helps the hotel management to maintain the standard.

I paid extra for a King size bed but they only have queen size bed in all range of room type. There is nothing they can do and Booking.com gave me the higher price for the King size selection. I paid for nothing.

We chose the hotel for the location as it was near BCS mall, and peniun market. Seen like the 6 floor of the hotel has been renovated, the furniture in the rooms look new, toilet too.

Lovely staffs. All smiles and helpful!Very comfortable bed & pillow. I had the most wonderful sleep!Need some minor maintenance but the cleanliness of the room makes up for it.Great location!

As we are here during Raya, the room price is high. Overall, it was a good experience. Nearby , within walking distance, A2 open air food court.

The location of the hotel is convenient between BCS and Grand Batam Mall walkable distance. There will be discount for the spa that are right beside the hotel.

For the breakfast they should work out something for the coffee. Such a small machine to be use by all hotel guest and need to queue for it. For the Egg station when i order the poach egg it turn out to be hard boil and just pass it to me once out from the microwave and when i poke at the yolk it burst it out on me and boy when we are looking at it.

The location of the hotel is very good close to nearby malls. Easy check-in. The TV has netflix which is good. The aircon is good and wifi is good. The bed was comfortable too.

We asked for top up of toilet paper the staff did not provide and provided us with tissue paper.. Also we asked for additional towels the staff did not provide any on the 2nd day but for the first day only, telling us they already provided for first day. The breakfast food was not top -up fast and alot of empty sections on our 2nd day of breakfast. The food is cold and the noodle section no one cooked for us and the pot was switched off.

While there were some areas for improvement with the breakfast offerings, I was extremely pleased with the hotel's location - it's truly excellent!

I recently stayed at your hotel and was disappointed with the breakfast offerings, particularly the egg station. The eggs were served cold and overcooked, which wash unpleasant.The chef had pre-cooked eggs on display, waiting for customers to pick them up, this should be the reasons.. The noodle soup base was overly salty. The roti prata gravy was also excessively.Unfortunately, the other dishes did not meet my expectations either.

The spring mattress now sagging. The pillows getting soft after frequent use. No epl football channel to watch.

Very convenient to shopping mall and market there alot of food to choose

Alot of beggar there especially Malay parents with carry with small kids chase us for buying tissue and the snacks

One of the fav hotel to stay. Staffs was cheerful n nice. Everythings was walking distace frm the hotel.

The breakfast was.a bit upset. Not much chooices. But the food waa nice.

Location is Perfect : between 2 shopping mall and have big food court A2 nearby and a lot of food and massage surroundingRoom is great : clean and tidy.Breakfast is great, many variety. it would be great if have some european style

Bath room is great. I stay there 4 days. at last day, there is no hot water for shower, I open the water wait about 15 min still no hot water. the next morning I wake up in the morning and want to take shower. also no hot water.

The breakfast is so nice & delicious....The room is so comfortable & meet our expectations....The staffs are friendly...

Hotel look abit run down, may require some refurbishment for the room, especially the toilet.

For the price I pay (maybe it was during peak times), it's double of what they normally charge. Fine... but for that, I expect much better. The aircon was noisy, no swimming pool, no gym, breakfast was mostly cheap stuff (including instant noodles), tv remote wasn't working. For the regular price, I would think it would be a reasonable hotel.

As stated above... noisy air-con, cheap breakfast, no gym, no pool, tv remote not working well (got to stand near to work) etc...

Great location! Room is spacious , clean and well maintained. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Moderate wifi speed. Wide variety of breakfast spread.

Local prayer broadcast, loud, early in the morning, like 4am plus.
